March 3 to 7 , 2014

Marh 3 ,2014 PHYSICAL EDUCATION Objective: Students will participate in physical activity to increase their flexiblility, coordination, endurance and speed and decision making skills. All classes are to remember to bring a change of clothes for class and to always have sneakers. All shorts are to be no more that 3 inches above your knees. Physical Education absences are to be completed one week from the day of the last missed class. Excused absences need to be made up in the same manner. Students will be working on Hockey and Personal Fitness. HEALTH Objective: Students will be discussing the Health Triangle. Students will be working on their Health Presentations. Presentation are due the week of March 10th. The class will continue discussing the systems of the body.
