PHYSICAL EDUCATION
Objective: Students will participate in physical activity to increase their flexibility, coordination, endurance and speed and decision making skills.
All classes are to remember to bring a change of clothes for class and to always have sneakers. All shorts are to be no more that 3a inches above your knees. Physical Education absences are to be completed one week from the day of the last missed class. Excused absences need to be made up in the same manner.
All classes will be working on personal fitness while participating in Outdoor games.
HEALTH
Objective: Students are learning about the Health Triangle.
Monday students will take their test on the systems of the body and all other information discussed in the class.

The classes are concentrating on current health issues and their oral presentations.
Presentations begin on April 22 and continue throughout the week.

Other classes will be working on their personal fitness by working out in the weight room.

Students will be concentrating on current health issues.
Students will have an opportunity to be working in the school library until February 19 on their oral presentation dealing with these current health issues.
