August 28 - Sept. 5

PHYSICAL EDUCATION Objective: Students will participate in physical activity to increase their flexibility, coordination, endurance and speed and decision making skills. All classes are to remember to bring a change of clothes for class and to always have sneakers. All shorts are to be no more that 3 inches above your knees. Physical Education absences are to be completed one week from the day of the last missed class. Excused absences need to be made up in the same manner. All classes will be working on personal fitness while participating in outdoor activities as long as the weather is nice . HEALTH Objective: Students will begin learning about the Health Triangle. Students will concentrate on the Emotional/Mental side of first.
