PHYSICAL EDUCATION Objective: Students will participate in physical activity to increase their flexibility, coordination, endurance and speed and decision making skills. All classes are to remember to bring a change of clothes for class and to always have sneakers. All shorts are to be no more that 3 inches above your knees. Physical Education absences are to be completed one week from the day of the last missed class. Excused absences need to be made up in the same manner. All classes will be working on personal fitness while participating in Ballroom Dancing and Volleyball. Other classes will be tested on their fitness level. . HEALTH Objective: Students are learning about the Health Triangle. Students will present to the class their oral presentations on current health issues beginning March 2nd. .

HEALTH Objective: Students are learning about the Health Triangle. Students will concentrate on all aspects of health because they will be presenting their oral presentations beginning March 2nd. This week we will continue discussing the Systems of the Body and talk about Reproduction.

All classes are to remember to bring a change of clothes for class and to always have sneakers. All shorts are to be no more that 3 inches above your knees. Physical Education absences are to be completed one week from the day of the last missed class. Excused absences need to be made up in the same manner. All classes will be working on personal fitness while participating in team sports. Other classes will be working on their personal fitness by working out in the weight room. HEALTH Objective: Students are learning about the Health Triangle. Students will be concentrating on current health issues. Students will have an opportunity to be working in the school library until February 19 on their oral presentation dealing with these current health issues.
